Chris Girard

Chris Girard majored in textiles at the University of Kansas (GO JAYHAWKS!) and was a junior when they won the Final Four in ’88.

She worked in the textile world with Hinson, and then in residential design before getting married and raising three children and a dog named Benji.

But finding her dream job was a fluke.

After attending a free pilates lesson (pilates is a method of exercise that requires the participant to use their mind to engage specific muscles) she was hooked! Now a certified Level 5 instructor, Chris firmly believes that if everyone pulled their belly button away from their pants as they walked and talked, the world would be a better place.
